Expert nursing care at your service
Due to government funding limitations for community nursing care, Registered Nurses are not retained on our team. However, in situations where individuals do not qualify for government assistance, we ensure access to private-duty nurses who can provide in-home treatment, support, and care.
Furthermore, nursing assessments offer a comprehensive evaluation beyond our non-medical assessments. We conduct thorough examinations to determine the client’s health status and the level of care they require. Upon request, we collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop care plans, make referrals, and address the client’s specific and unique needs.
For any other nursing services, CCHS stands ready to assist as much as possible.
